The Association for Pet Obesity Prevention (APOP) recently released their 2016 clinical survey survey where a whopping 59% of cats and 54% of dogs in the U.S. were classified as overweight (Body Condition Score of 4) or obese (BCS 5) by their veterinary healthcare professional.
